Privacy and optional analytics

This notice explains optional website analytics and how it relates to an enquiry you send to IntelliArtAI.

Google Analytics is optional

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our public pages, how visitors reach the website, and enquiries that are successfully submitted. You can use the website and send an enquiry without accepting analytics.

We use basic Google Consent Mode. The Google Analytics tag is blocked until you choose Accept analytics. Before acceptance, analytics storage and advertising consent are denied. Acceptance enables analytics only; advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization consent remain denied.

What analytics may receive

  • Public page addresses and titles, page visits, timing and engagement information.
  • Approved campaign labels and advertising click identifiers in links, such as UTM parameters, gclid, dclid, gbraid and wbraid. Unknown query parameters and URL fragments are excluded from the page context we send.
  • The website origin of an external referrer, without its path, query or fragment. For a known page on this website, its public path and approved campaign identifiers may be included.
  • Cookie and browser identifiers, device/browser details and technical connection information processed by Google. Analytics is not described as anonymous.
  • A successful-enquiry event after our contact API confirms success, with the public page path from which the enquiry originated.

Campaign labels should describe a campaign, never a person or their contact details. We filter contact-like campaign values, but arbitrary names embedded in campaign labels cannot reliably be recognized automatically.

Your enquiry stays out of analytics

We do not send your name, email address, company name, telephone number, enquiry text or form contents to Google Analytics. Opening the form, clicking Submit, a validation failure or an API error does not send a successful-enquiry event.

An enquiry uses our existing contact API and email service so we can receive and respond to it. That contact workflow is separate from optional analytics. The form includes its language and originating page address for the enquiry workflow; the form payload is not passed to Google Analytics.

Changing your choice

Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the banner. You can reopen Analytics settings in the footer of any public page to change your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days, after which you will be asked again. Analytics cookies are configured for 180 days without extending their lifetime on each visit. If browser storage is blocked, acceptance applies only to the current document.

Rejecting after acceptance stops further measurement, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag. It cannot remove data already sent or undo a request already in progress. Visits and successful enquiries before acceptance are not backfilled.
