AI consulting
AI consulting that starts with your business
IntelliArtAI is a Singapore-based business consultancy serving Southeast Asia. We help business owners, management and department leaders assess where AI may create value, what should be prioritized and what needs to be ready.
The objective is to determine whether AI is justified for a business problem. Sometimes the right next step is a clearer process, better information or a narrower scope rather than an AI implementation.
Discuss an AI opportunityReadiness and context
Examine the work around the opportunity.
An assessment can consider the operating context as well as the technology. Areas may include:
Business objectives and ownership
The outcome sought, the current workflow and the people accountable for it.
Data and systems
Information availability and quality, existing systems, access requirements and integration constraints.
People and adoption
How users work today, what would change and where support may be needed.
Review and operating constraints
Approval requirements, human-review effort, permissions, exceptions and risks that affect the proposed use.
Assessment coverage is agreed to fit the engagement. It is not a universal certification or a formal maturity score.
Choose a useful priority
Compare opportunities before committing to a solution.
Candidate opportunities may be considered against business relevance, feasibility, data availability, access requirements, human-review burden, operating risk and implementation complexity.
Prioritization is a consulting judgment informed by the available evidence. An attractive demonstration is not sufficient if the workflow lacks an owner, usable information or a practical approval path. Some opportunities may be deferred while prerequisites are addressed.
Make the work tangible
Clarity you can use for the next decision.
Depending on scope, typical engagement outputs may include:
Business and workflow assessment summary
A description of the objective, current work and constraints affecting the opportunity.
Prioritized opportunity register
Candidate uses and the rationale for pursuing, deferring or addressing them without AI.
Readiness gap and action summary
Prerequisites around data, ownership, access, systems and adoption.
Adoption roadmap
A proposed sequence of work, responsibilities and decision points.
Pilot outline
A bounded test, its intended measures and the decision it is meant to support.
Outputs and their level of detail are agreed for the engagement. Not every engagement includes every output.
From advice to a test
Define a bounded pilot before a wider rollout.
A pilot can be structured in defined stages. Timing depends on scope, readiness, data and integration requirements; the existing 30/60/90-day planning model is not a fixed delivery promise.
Define and assess
Agree the business objective, examine the current workflow and identify candidate opportunities.
Prioritize and prepare
Select a focus and address the prerequisites needed for a useful test.
Design and pilot
Agree the boundary, responsibilities, review points and evaluation measures for the pilot.
Measure and decide
Review the evidence and decide whether to stop, revise or scale the approach.
Accountability
Keep important decisions with authorized people.
Pilot design can identify who reviews outputs, who approves important actions and who owns the workflow. Exceptions need a route to the appropriate person, with permissions and escalation boundaries suited to the work.
AI assistance does not remove the need to check information or exercise judgment. Human authorization remains necessary at the agreed approval points.
Evaluate the whole change
Measure the pilot against the business objective.
Relevant measures may include cycle time, handling time, quality, rework, human review effort, adoption, operating cost and error or exception rates. A useful evaluation compares the pilot with a baseline for the work being tested.
Implementation effort, review burden and maintenance should be considered alongside any benefit. Faster output alone does not establish financial return or justify wider deployment.
Delivery responsibilities
Advisory with scoped pilot implementation.
IntelliArtAI can support a scoped pilot and implementation within the agreed engagement. Broader integration or specialist work may involve your internal team or specialist partners agreed for the engagement. Build, handover and any further support responsibilities are defined by scope.
